Winslow Arizona New Beginning church/compassionate
Service Opportunity VisionOur vision is to assist in providing clothing, food pantry, and counseling for addiction to the many homeless men
and women in this reservation border town. The pastor envisions strengthening the spiritual growth of the
congregation and establishing mentoring by strong , established Christians for those in need. Service Opportunity DescriptionWe have been remodeling the old Winslow Arizona church of the Nazarene to house a "new beginnings"
compassionate ministry outreach. The building is structurally sound, and has been gutted and totally remodeled
on the inside. There is still tile to be laid, lanscaping and painting to be done, which will require skilled workers.
Youth teams are encouraged to provide VBS and sports camps at the park nearby to help make residents aware
